Residential / Consumer Horticulture includes the home production of vegetables, flowers, lawns, ornamentals and other plants in a non-commercial manner. Extension programs in this area will specifically address the horticultural needs of homeowners and the general public in regards to proper management of home lawns, gardens and ornamental landscapes.
