2025 State Archery Jamboree April 11-12, 2025 at Hyder Burks, TTU – Results

Our Shooting Sports Program is a volunteer-led program that teaches life skills to 4-H youth. It is valuable for helping young people develop self-confidence, personal discipline, responsibility, teamwork, self-esteem and sportsmanship. It also teaches youth respect for wildlife and hunting. This program is affiliated with National 4-H Shooting Sports. Many homes in the U.S. have firearms. Exposure to safety and responsible firearm handling is vital in preventing accidents. Our program teaches youth safe and ethical use of firearms and archery equipment. Each of the shooting sports disciplines teach safety, concentration, self-discipline, self-confidence, goal setting, and decision-making skills. We offer:

In Archery youth in 4th to 12th grades can complete a 6 week class and join the county archery team (Wilson County Arrow Addicts) upon completion. Club is filled as first come first serve. Limited availability.

This club meets in the Fall.

There are fees to participate.
